Individualized for each patients needs and goals.  Members get longer visits, free telehealth visits, appointments within 48-72 hours, same day sick visits, access to text with provider about concerns, yearly physical, up to 36 in person visits per year with no co pays for primary care and acute visits. Complex procedures and durable medical equipment will have separate charges. Specialty procedures  such as botox, and aesthetic treatments are not included in membership but will be provided at a discounted rate for members.
